Healthcare and Aged Care

The EPA Regulation requires an Annual Fire Safety Statement to be issued by or on behalf of the owner of a building. We can conduct the AFSS on all of your buildings and prepare the documents for submission

We also specialise in looking after Aged Care establishments, from residential care homes to retirement villages.

Engineering Fire Safety

Fire Engineering is the application of scientific and engineering solutions, brought into effect to overcome certain issues that may otherwise pose a problem in fire safety, through the use of modern Codes and Regulations, aligned with expert judgement, and based on an understanding of the phenomena and effects of fire and of the reaction and behaviour of people to fire, to protect people, property and the environment from the destructive effects of fire.

Companies have a legal obligation to complete and sign an Annual Fire Safety Statement saying that all Fire Safety Measures in their buildings comply with their legal requirement. It is also a legal requirement to display Evacuation diagrams with evacuation and emergency information.
